The Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs (ANDE) is a membership-driven global network of organizations that invest money and expertise to propel entrepreneurship among “the missing middle” in emerging markets. ANDE’s gender working group specifically focuses on research and practices to enable its members to benefit from implementing various gender lenses.

 

Calvert Foundation’s mission is to maximize the flow of capital – from every day people, not just institutions – to disadvantaged communities in order to create a more equitable and sustainable society. The Calvert Foundation has conducted a gender lens review on their Community Investment Note portfolio and is developing a new initiative called the Women Investing in Women Initiative (or WIN-WIN) which enables women to become agents of their own economic power and opportunity.
